Mum was taken into hospital yesterday
Severe anaphylactic shock, low blood pressure, high blood sugar.
She called an ambulance, and they took her into the local A&E.
I live in Central Scotland, happily married to G. Love knitting, and am interested in other crafts.

knitting needles quiz
I like those 'personality' quizzes, and thought this one very appropriate to me:-).

What kind of knitting needles are you?

You are interchangeable.Fun, free, and into everything, you've got every eventuality covered
What kind of knitting needles are you?
You are interchangeable.Fun, free, and into everything, you've got every eventuality covered
and every opportunity just has to be taken. Every fiber is wonderful, and every day is a new
beginning. You are good at so many things, it's amazing, but you can easily lose your place

New Year
Happy New Year
Had a lovely quiet Christmas and New Year.
Santa was good to all the family. Got a lovely new camera - just as well as I dropped my old one the week before Christmas, and it's now in the bin.
Had my operation in Dundee last week. Feeling OK - tummy a bit sore. Going to doctor's tomorrow and hopefully get a sick line for a few weeks.
Did some knitting in hospital - made good progress on the Old Favourite Blanket for Louise.
Have knitted more since I got home - tried to amalgamate as many squares as possible to a)make it neater and b)save sewing up. Will find out if the amalgamation has worked - fingers crossed it has.
